i must admit... i am really enjoying this new 330...

the weight of the steering and road feel is unbelievable compared to the recirculating ball rack. it is so planted to the road.

i'll post some new pics soon with my latest mods.

Congrats on the new car! During breaks when I am not going to school, I work at the local BMW dealership, and drive the 330 daily. I must say it is sooo much fun to drive. I love your color combination also, very rare in our part of the country. Hope you enjoy it, trust me it gets 100 percent better after the break in period!!

Nice ride Andrew, its really sharp, especially the rims. This is hard for me to say, but I wouldn't change the rims one bit! BTW, why do you need wheel spacers on it?

Congrats, on the huge upgrade.

How would you compare it to the E46? I know you had the M3, but I mean interior, overall feel.

When the XF is up in 10 months, a C6 will be in my driveway. Already selling the 2nd SRT-4 to do so.

My review of the e90 (IMO!!!)

The feel of the interior feels like a five series from a few years ago. I test drove a manual E90 330i and noticed the engine note was pretty quite compared to the E46. The car felt more stiff, but felt more refined than the e46. The gearbox was pretty smooth I must say, night and day obviously between my bros mach 1. The car gets going after 4k pretty nicely. All in all, its a great car. Not what I expected though. I think the new 330 has crossed over to the luxurious moreso than any 3 series before. It related more to an Audi A4 6 speed 3.2 quattro. It has the sport package also with the 18s.

I would say the only ride on my wish list is an E46 m3, but if i jump into that, I want to make sure I am ready to.

~ the rear rim is recessed more so than the front rim... so i pushed the rear out to make the track more even looking.

i love the sport rims as well.

Before I get myself into too much trouble, one correction to make. The interior looks similar to the current generation 5 series. Only advice I would make is to make sure you test drive the new 3 series if you are looking for a car.

Ok so maybe I was half asleep, the E90 is a bit more luxurious than the E46 3 series, not every generation of the 3 series. The engine had more of a quieter sound than the E46, and overall the E90 was a little more refined than the E46.

I don't know too much about beamers, but my husband wants to get me a '07 SL550, 50th anniversary MB for our 30th anniversary and 50th bday coming up (some day). It looks like an awesome car and I was wondering if anyone knows about it. I don't want to get rid of my xf, it only has 4k miles on it.

Andrew, your new car looks very white, and very cool!

yeah... i just changed the turn signal bulb (silvervision)... it helps some... but like you said, i need to replace the entire headlamp to dump the orange US reflectors.
