Wow, the longest thread ever in this forum! Any progress on the front grill yet after 1 year and 1 month since I posted this thread?

I'm sorry but it's too long for me to do the search if the grill indeed was made.

Thanks for your efforts Tino!

If someone makes or has made the grill in the post above, I'll buy one.

I would have also. I have been thinking why that original photoshop in cyril's post looks so good and why everything anyone has come up with looks so crappy. I believe it is the spacing in the grill. what CTD has done and a few of the others is use a fine meshed grill that just makes it look like a 'ricer' car. The bentley grill has depth to it as well. The problem with CTD's grill is it makes our cars look like a pontiac. What is needed is a thin chrome outside support (ala sebring) and a more substantial mesh with bigger spacing. that would make it not look like the mini-van grill that we currently have, nor the ricer look.
that being said It may be nice to say what would look nice, yet an entirely different matter for Tino to make it.

Please sell to me!

Thank you for photoshopping that grill on a alabaster crossfire. I can now sleep at night knowing that I do not need that grill. Or the lowers for that matter. I have moved on, next project car restore my '73 Mini cooper.
Which means that I need to get my daughter a replacement. Looking at cars that hold resale value its looking like a new mini or a XB Scion. Talk about aftermarket parts.

I am interested in the CTD lower bumper grill.

Instead of trying to figure out what 70 pages of above comments say, does anybody have the CTD bumper grill installed and are they pleased/displeased with the product?

Is it metal? Does it have to be painted? Can it be painted?

Thank you.
