Yes, I got my first ticket tonight. I was given a ticket for 83 in a 70. Not too bad but the cop clearly saw the car and went after me. "That is profiling, and profiling is wrong!" Anyway, the guy I passed also got a ticket for going too slow. Kinda funny now that I think of it. Anyway, is there anyone out there who has a radar detector and uses it. I think I am in the market!

 

Just lay off the gas man. I have to use cruise or I'm floating between 90 and 105. Damn car is just so stable you don't really realize it. Not like the a GM they shake when they're over 90.

I use a beltronics 975r and love it. I mounted the sensor behind the front grill and Chrysler was nice enough to have a hole in the fire wall with a rubber plug. It was real easy to poke a hole in it and run the wire through. I mounted the squawk box under the dash on my right hand side so I am the only one who can see it from a driving position. The laser sensor is tucked in the lower corner of the windshield. I have used remote type detectors since my visor mounted detector was stolen. I highly recommend this detector.

 

Profiling? I don't think so. you were speeding and he caught you.

 

I'm sure if you saw his car you'd say it was profiling.
