Let's let this go for 150 posts!!! I'm an honest owner. I had a MAJOR electrical issue, 2 days after we owned the car and that left me stranded 10 feet from my place of employment (a real embarrassment) but since then... 3+ years without anything other than minor adjustments I don't have an issue. I must admit that I do not like the treatment, nor the expertise of the dealership (the trained tech no longer works there. I was told that the viper or prowler tech could easily handle the work) I deal with, but luckily I have not had issues I've had to have addressed. I'll deal with anything else when it happens.

 

The thread originator mentioned that Chrysler is discontinuing the Crossfire. Say it isn't so?! If true, what is to be the last model year??

 

crossfireGal: the last year of the Crossfire is 2007... it is being replaced by the car in this video... after you watch the video you will cry because it is what the crossfire could had been from the get go...

Ok, Firebase, you are a night guy and I am a morning guy, but were is this video?

 

Had mine for 1,000 days and 25K miles. Went through all of the startup TSB problems which my dealer handled well. My biggest problem occurred the day I had make war on that stupid cup holder. Still find the occasional little springy doodad under the seat. Other than that, gotta say, the car does for me what I bought it to do. Love the car.

I admit to having mechanical problems including a cup holder malfunction designed by a malfunctioning jackass but the dealership has been very helpful. I have no complaints as long as they fix problems when they pop up. I don't work at a dealership or sell these cars I'm not even in the car business. My Crossfire zooms down the road and turns heads everywhere I go. It's a toy and a grand one at that.

 

I just found the new car guide from (I think it's car and driver) and the 07' Crossfire is out. Only the SRT6 has been discontinued. The price of the car has gone up though, closer to 40K.

 

I know, isn't that great. You wouldn't believe the number of people at work who make comments (positive) about my car, like "well you get to drive a $50K car".
