One more try on a custom grille for sale to all
Hello everyone once again! I have been able to find someone else who will be making me a grille. It should be ready by January 7th. I will try my best to make sure the grille does not have a center rib, I just don't like that. It should have a small, thin perimeter frame though too. If anyone is interested please post here. I will keep everyone up to date on the progress made. Pricing is not yet determined, and I do not want to put a price on the item until it is complete.

Ciro

i hope to get the same material as CTD-Germany is using...I like that material alot! Chroming will probably be optional for those who want that at a cost.
or else try mimicking the hemi 300C grill...those look pretty.
try these on for size http://www.usspeedonline.com/page/U/...00300C+Grilles

Thanks everyone for the support. Any and all suggestions will be taken into consideration, but as of now my goal is to create a mesh grille without a center rib that is at least invisible to the eyes (it may be placed behind for structural support).
DynamicS, thanks for the links. It's ironic that you mention the 300 because today I looked at their grills to see how they are able to make their grills so easily. I've noticed that the Chrysler symbol is integrated into the grill on the 300. On the Crossfire, the Chrysler badge is attached to the hood, which makes for a difficult design problem, but it will be addressed as best as it can. Basically, the badge on the Crossfire sticks out and I feel that if the grill will look good, the mesh should start as close as flush as possible to the point where this piece sticks out.

Golfdude that is the observation I made with the original CTD grill the mesh was to far back fromt he emblem. When I sent him photoshopped image of how it should look now the grill is almost flush with the badge.
Good luck.
Good luck.
