Default xfire newbie

Hello folks,
I am new to this forum as well as a new xfire owner. I bought a '05 coupe with 7,000 miles on it and have enjoyed it more than any car I have had previously. I had many choices when I went lookin for a 2 seater and found this car to more unique and expressive than anything else on the road and yet you would be hard pressed to see any more than a few off em drive by. I am considering adding ground effects, rear spoiler and any other goodies I can get my hands on.
So any suggestions from you folks would be appreciated...oh and by the way, I was rollin down I-71 and buzzed it up to 130 with absolutely no shake...AWESOME!!!

First welcome to the forum, and yes, the Crossfire is a unique automobile. You should be smiling for a long time to come.

May I offer a suggestion? Leave the ricer look to the Japanese import crowd.

If you wanted the ground effects, rear spoiler and other goodies... you picked the wrong car. You should of bought a Honda Civic.
The after market stuff you desire is not readily available for our cars, besides why ruin the good looks of a car that already has
classic lines?

Some folks here have lowered their cars, installed different wheels, and changed out the exhaust which look good.
Other than that, unless you have big $$$ for the higher end engine mods by Renntech and other expensive tuners
that's about all there is on the after market...

Welcome to the club. The best part is that the "I love this car" feeling doesn't ever seem to fade.

Welcome to the forum... Enjoy the car... You'll hate the fact that there aren't any ground effects kits available and a wing assembly will have to be custom modified from a universal wing kit...

I'm having a body kit molded at the end of the spring but my aero needs are not necessarily going to be your tastes, nor will they be daily driver friendly...

Welcome buddy and enjoy...now that you've tested the xf in the upper reaches of speed...just take it easy, we don't like having our members asking how they can log on from prison.

Welcome...

I - like you - am a newbie... Had my car a week today...

I have only had the car up to a about 110 SPEEDO / 105 GPS...

It is nice to nice to know there's a 150 mph in there if you need it...
