How about something simple like a gold colored banner picture that says "2007 February Ride of the month Winner".
You can use purdy fonts to make it or 3D lettering... but make it simple... not some huge picture.

Kind of a simple... medallion? An example there but not quite a good one.
Crossfire across center. Then top semi-circle with the phrase "Ride of the Month". Lower semi-circle with the word "February 2007" or the other way round - all etched or embossed like font.
In silver or gold.
