Hi, New Here
Hey guys,
So I just got my 2004 Sapphire Silver Crossfire yesterday!
I was actually looking for a used Mazda Miata but couldn't find the dealership, but I found a single red miata in the chrysler lot so i got out to take a look. Lined up next to it was about 6 or 7 crossfires. I thought "well those are out of my range...but let me check the price anyways." Sure enough I got a great deal. 14k miles $19,800 SOLD!
Perfect condition, absolutely gorgeous and shiny.
I do have a couple questions though, because they didn't have the manual for me just yet to read.
1. How do you program the garage door opener?
2. Can you turn the spoiler fin off totally? Or just put it down after 65 mph?
3. What's the button on the dash with the hook behind the car? I assume its a towing suspension thing?
Thanks guys!

1. the homelink system can be programmed in 2 different ways... it depends if your door opener system has a rolling code or not... the owners manual will show you the procedure/methods. download via 'mmz' link in the post above.
2. you can stop the function of the rear spoiler by pulling the fuse under the hood... i've had mine disconnected since new (almost 4 years)...
i wouldn't recommend driving over 100 mph with it in its down position... the down force is a must after that mph... in fact it will beep inside the car at
90 mph and above. i prefer the clean look without the spoiler function... a personal preference.
the spoiler is automatic and cannot be put down after 65 mph.
3. the tow button is used if the car is being towed... this shuts off the cars alarm... if the car is jacked up when lock the alarm will activate via a siren/speaker.
if you hit you panic button on your key fob you can hear it.
enjoy your new crossfire... welcome to the forum!
