headlight lens

Headlight lenses getting crusty on the outside. Meguires cleaner/wax or straight wax does not remove it. Any suggestions?

3m plastic polish on a terry cloth buffing pad (suggest using orbital power polisher).

can get it in automotive section of wal mart ... in most autozone or similar ... and am sure many other places.

Mine are being replaced, not due to fogging or crustiness. Its just the plastic is doing some kinda weird spider webbing, like micro cracking but with a consistent pattern.
