I don't know who's been feeding you that line, but that's completely wrong! A car as cool as the Crossfire is something I WANT to drive every day! After two years and 40,000 miles it still makes me smile whenever I get in and turn the key.

hmm... SRT Crossfire is my daily driver... and I couldn't be happier... looking stylish all the time, being able to strike a race at anytime and doing it all in good comforting performance... I also have a an older lexus gs300 side by side with my crossfire incase it rains or snows I take the Lex... do not ask me why I have this car as I hate it more than you can imagine, but well I use it if the weather is not great or I really need to drive more than 1 passenger...
They probably told you its not a good daily driver as it has a harsh ride and does not seat too many... but well who do you really need to seat in your car...? you and possibly a female accomplice... that’s about the only person I can think of... if you have friends they should be driving you and not the other way around
and the harsh ride complaint.. is also common from many people, but well what do you except from a car that is more focused on performance...
As for a bad daily driver... well you know what I think honda accords, camrys and just about anything that seats more than 2 people, weighs a lot, drives slow, and has horrible brakes is a bad daily driver... tell the people that told you the crossfire is a bad daily driver to buy a corolla or better yet a nissan versa or a prius... so you can drive all the ladies from point A to point B daily... while they stand in 1 spot...
One time I had a friend tell me that my car has caused me problems as I take it to the mechanic more than he takes his... I told him well my car may cause problems, but your car is a problem... 2001 Honda accord... Personally I would feel very bad waking up every morning and sitting in that car... which is just so plain and poor... eh... you all know what I mean...

To each their own though.
I've got a 2001 Accord V6 that is my daily driver. It has been super reliable, it gets good gas mileage, and its comfortable. It has 200hp so it's not a total slouch.
I like it and enjoy driving it, although not as much as the SRT6.
I'd buy another Accord in a heartbeat.
It's a great car - - - for me.

it comes down to the way you view perspectives... some people would rather have an ugly, boring, and poorly performing girl with them all the time (your honda, my lexus) and others who would like to have the sexy, entertaining model that would cheat on them once in a while (Our Crossfires)...
eh if only my expenses weren't as high as they are I would of got rid off the lexus already and bought myself a c32 or 300c SRT-8 sedan by now...
Sorry if I offended you in anyway that was not my intention... I am just stating my outlook and perspective on other cars that I had some expereince with in the past...

I like my Accord and I don't expect everyone else to. Luckily we have massive amounts of makes, models, and styles of vehicles to choose from, at least one of which will make someone very happy.
