Dealing with brake dust
I've noticed that that front wheels on my Crossfire accumulate plenty of brake dust between cleanings. As anyone found a produce (short of getting new brake pads) that works well at removing brak dust from the rims?
Windex and a soft cleaning pad on a handle (like you see on TV).
Every time I pull in the garage, a quick 2 1/2 minutes and the fronts wheels are clean.
When its time for new pads I will purchase the Gold Pads.

I used Ice or Adams detailer between washing, but the best bet are the Rotex pads i changed over abut two weeks ago its great to drive around come home and rims are still clean.

I just changed my front pads, and after 32,000 miles and a track day, they had PLENTY of life left. Mercedes brakes I guess...
PS - Here's to my new dust free life!!

Before I got non-dust brake pads, I used "No More Dust Wheel Cleaner." I got it at Advance Autoparts for around $5. It comes in a black spray bottle. It has ammonium fluoride in it.
