Default Crossfire Luggage - Again

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for all the replies to my original post about my not getting luggage with my new roadster. The dealer informed me there wouldn't be any forthcoming, even though my window sticker lists "Touring Gear". I bought my car on March 31st of this year, a 2006 roadster. If any of you purchased cars after that date and have received luggage from Chrysler, would you let me know? Thanks...Bill

I bought mine Feb 24, received luggage two weeks later. A pleasant surprise. Perhaps the SRT6 luggage is all that's left.

I just looked at the tags that came with my luggage almost 3 years ago. One of the cards says "If you have any Questions or need service...please contact us at:

TRG Accessories
9643 Olive Blvd.
St. Louis, MO 63132
888-658-0717"

Give them a call. Chrysler at least owes you some adjustment if they can't deliver something included on the sticker.

Pete

Has anyone ever called one of the listed Rep's to see if the Luggage, if available can be purchased directly from them?

I haven't received my luggage yet, purchased on April 11, 2007. That's fine if they don't have the luggage, but I expect something else in return. Like maybe lighted sill plates installed.

When I figured out I got luggage, I called Chrysler direct to see about my luggage.
If your sticker says "Touring Gear" and you don't get it, someone else got it, get it!!!
Chrysler has a help desk for luggage, don't depend on your dealer. That's who stole mine. I got the carrier service and the tracking number from Chrysler, and tracked mine down at my friendly car salesman house.

I hope the "very honest" salesman had to find a new job after that!

I kind of ran into the same thing when I bought my SRT6 in Oct. of '06. I had waited about two months and e-mailed Chrysler about it, they got back with me and said they would look into it. A couple weeks went by and nothing, so I e-mailed them back to ask what the deal was and they told me to get with the dealership where I bought the car. Sooo, I called the sales person that I had sold me the car and told them that it was suppose to come with luggage and I had never received it, she said she would look into it. The next day she called me back and said "guess what I have here for you" it was my luggage, the owner of the dealership had it in his office and didn't know what to do with it.

TRG has promised to send me a set. If they don't come through, how do I get in touch with Chrysler directly about the luggage? Is there a number to call specifically for that purpose?

Thanks...Bill

Actually "NO" they didn't fire the salesman, they moved him to a different lot selling Korean cars the dealership owned.
Chrysler sends the luggage to the buyers address on the paper work, not the dealership and not the salespersons house. It seems they know where the payment book gets sent to!!!

I don't believe they have a Chrysler part number for the luggage, because it is a specialty item only. It can't be purchased.
