Ok, just wanted to start a list of halfway decent to excellent Chrysler Dealerships across the country. I would like to make this a sticky thread if only I could figure out how to do it? I think this would be helpful for present and future members.

I hate to say it, but 5 Star has not worked for me. They can't even get oil changes right (7 quarts last time). I think Chrysler dealers are glad to be rid of the Crossfire. I have one more shot at them under warranty (headlight haze), then I am going to a Mercedes independent shop.

i've had good luck with Junction CDJ in Chardon but that's with my Jeeps.

 

Belle Mead Chrysler/Jeep in Somerset County, New Jersey has the nicest, most accomodating owners and staff of any dealership in my experience. I have gotten Jeeps, Dodge pickups, and of course, the SRT, from them. They know what they are doing. If they don't have the answer, they get the answer, quickly. There is always a loaner available.

The best dealership, service is awesome, and they don't hassle customers about their warranty!

Have used them for almost 10 years. Good service, but incredible hours.

Service 7 days a week. Mon - Fri, 8 a.m. to Midnight!

 

Buerge Chrysler in West LA

I could only speak for their service department which is staffed by a few crossfire certified techs. They've replaced my supercharger, i/c water pump, seat heaters, fan (recall) with no issues and the car returned back to me in one piece.

If you're a glutton for punishment, visit La Brea Chyrsler.

 

I would say, Bankston, Chrysler in Frisco, TX... A no BS dealer so far...

 

Tom Edwards Chrysler Dodge - Bartow, FL. They have a certified Crossfire-Viper Tech.

 

Is there anyone in the RI/MA area that someone could recommend?

 

I just found the best Chrysler dealership in LA, it's Long Beach Chrysler off of Cherry ave, near Signal hill.

The service there is amazing, I dropped off the car to get my oxidized headlamps replaced under warrantee, with out any hassle from the service manager either. These are good guys over there!

I dropped the car off all dirty and nasty looking at 12 pm, they installed the new lamp and it was ready at 2 pm. I picked up the car and was shocked to find that they not only did a good job installing the headlamp but they also washed my car and cleaned the interior. They even offered to drive me home while they serviced the car.

 

I need a good one in/around San Antonio.

I went and spoke with Mission, and the guy I spoke with didn't even know what the SRT meant and where I got my wing?



Maybe there is someone else there who knows what they are talking about...but this guy didn't!

Koons Chevrolet Chrysler - Tyson's Corner NORTHERN VA - good service with a tech who knows his stuff, large operation and have not given me the run around.

STAY AWAY FROM Manassas Chrysler... they will run you around and are rednecks.

 

I haven't had any service done to my car...I usually do my own work.

Although I have heard good thinks about this dealer:

Dave Croft Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep - Collinsville, IL.
They have 2 certified Crossfire/Viper techs. Have only been in for service 1 time (leaking transmission TSB/cooling fan recall) got me in and out in 1 day.
So far so good.
