Default I LOVE my Crossfire, but I wish it had...

As far as amenities go...

- A seat-back quick-release lever.
- Automatic headlights
- Variable intermittent wipers.
- Steering wheel mounted radio and cruise controls.
- A cruise control on/off light.
- Sun visors that pivoted to the side windows.
- Decent AM radio reception.
- 007-style machine gun turn signals and oil slick dispenser.
- And yes, a non-obtrusive and functional cup-holder.

What did I leave out?

You covered it well. I would add;

Automatic windows - up and down.
Ability to open windows using FOB.
Automatic top controls on FOB.
Reversing sensors.

I could care less about the other stuff, I just want a swivel sun visor.

FP - The "automatic up" windows will never happen because of product liability litigation. The first time some moron got his <insert body part here> caught in the window while it was going up he/she would be on the phone with a lawyer before they even called the doctor!

The reverse sensor is already a genuine Mopar accessory. Chick this link:

BTW, Wyckoff Chrysler is a good source for parts/accessories. I ordered my cargo cover from them and had a good experience.

BOBS - The window auto up did happen - my caddy srx has it on both front windows and I love it. I believe it has a reverse sensor if their is a obstruction in the way.

Bobs - agree. Wyckoff is a great place to buy. They are quick, good service and their prices are decent. When I was over at the PT Forum they used to give us a discount. Wonder if we could work something out with them for this forum?

What I'd like to see for the Crossfire?
A way to hook up my I-Pod without using a transmitter.

Pat

I almost forgot, and far from last on my wish list...

- A chirping alarm confirmation

(by the way, this thread was only intended to name amenities available on many other cars, and not major engine, drive train, exhaust, etc stuff. That's a whole different story for those that think that stock isn't satisfactory).

I was waiting for that one... But the automatic temperature control would be nice.
And Xenon HID's should have been standard equipment on this car too.

Better steering
An ESP/TC off button that really works

And just to pile on about the windows...I had a 2000 Infiniti I30 with auto-up windows :-)

1) A compass. I really miss having some idea which way I'm going when out joyriding on back country roads.

2) Indicator of what gear I'm in (there's a space for it on the dash, but it seems to be active only on the auto-stick apparently. Not usable to double-check whether I'm in 1st, 3rd, or 5th gear before letting out the clutch).

3) Cruise control on/off indicator.

4) Two more inches of cabin space to recline and/or move/adjust the seat (I know ... outside of the 'scope' of the thread).

5) one-touch top retraction. Holding the button for the whole process keeps my hands occupied when I should be using those 22 seconds for putting on seatbelt and sunglasses so I can get rolling.

Mentioned before, but these are the only ones that really would make the car perfect:

6) Intermittent wipers (more than just one speed).

7) A usable cupholder (or ... maybe two, even?) - safely away from my elbow.
