Default Old 350z owner, New X-Fire owner

I have had my X-fire for about one month. The Z is definitely faster off the line, but the X-Fire seems to have as much or more mid-range power. The ride in the X-Fire is better than the Z, firm, but, more comfortable.

Congrats on your new ride.

Yes the Crossfire is way much more fun than the Z. I actually test drove many sport cars before I make up my mind for the crossfire. The handling is exceptional. Only the SLK, Z4 and Boxster have the same feeling. The 350Z looks very nice (especially the interior) and has much more power, but when you make some crazy movements, you will see how much better the crossfire handles.

So I guess, no, I know you didn't buy the SRT-6 based on your statement.

Ouch. People are buying them with less than a thousand miles. I hate that mine has 7,900 miles on it. I bought it with 275 miles.

i made the same move but have to say i find the z's handling to be much truer with much better feel and feedback...

hated the coffee grinder engine though, the x-fire makes music the z makes noise...

It was from a private owner, the car was in decent shape. He was asking $13,000. Had service records too.

The 350z is a nice car , but the crossfire is very unique. And I bet it will turn more head then your 350z did. Congrats on the purchase!

All I have to say is... I enjoy running WOT along side those 350Z autos, and slowly pull away from them in 3rd gear. it's a sweet feeling! lolzies.

I enjoy pulling away from them too, but by several car lengths. I yet to meet a Z driver that knows what that little emblem on the deck lid means.

unless it's an older Z, you won't pull away from it in a G37. it will pull away from you. and an srt will barely pull. i just can't wait for a twin turbo kit for the HR.
