I decided to take a shot at this a couple of weeks ago - the English version of the feedback form returned an error so I went to the German version of the form and sent in my request that way. Today I received a small almost sandwich bag looking thing with just a push through/fold over clasp sealing it - with two badges and two very nice decals inside. I was going to have a friend of mine make me a "KARMANN" decal for under my spoiler but I prefer the thought of having one direct from the Karmann factory there instead. Not sure if I'll put either badge on the car, but if I do it wil most likely be next to the rear license plate rather than on the front fender.

Looks good. Why put the stripes there? From a distance it sort of looks like a side exit exhaust. I thought about putting a set of stripes on the fenders. Not sure that will look as good.

Hello! What is the little black looking piece on top of your car? Just above the drivers side pillar and above the window. Thanks

You'll have to ask VALKRYDERGUY, but my guess would be that it's for GPS or XM Sat. radio.

I got two sets of them today (4 badges and 4 decals). I reordered them on the 5th of March and they came in ten days. Loving Karmann more today.

The same thing here, I have sent them a note 3 times in the last year or year and a half and have never gotten a response so I sent them one more last night so I'll wait and see what happens if I hear nothing I won't waste my time anymore.

I included my full address at the end of the letter. I also used the German version of the site not the English one. That might help. JMHO.

Good luck.

After 4 tries to the German website, mine arrived today. 2 decals and 2 badges.
With a nice card.

Click here and fill out the form completely choose customer service in the drop down box and then type a short message requesting badges and decals and tell them how much you love your Crossfire.
Before hitting send turn off all your pop up blockers as I found them to interfere with the message being sent.
