shaky steering

Default shaky steering
wonder if anyone out there has noticed slop in the telescoping steering wheel when locked if so is this a wide spread problem.

There's a lock-nut somewhere on the steering column, this may be the problem.
Do a search, the lock-nut has been discussed before.
