T-tops?
So, what would the Crossfire look like with T-tops?
I think that a set of T-tops would keep to the dual cockpit theme that the designers of the Crossfire have built into the car.
I would like to know what you guys think and if anyone can make a picture with photoshop to show how it would look.
I was in the car the other day and it was close to 70 outside and I wished I could pop out a roof panel. So that is how I got the idea.
I wonder how many think that T-tops would have been a good option?

I do have the feeling that a T-Top would have resulted in reduction of
handling, as the body would not have the same stiffness. I would suspect
that cross bars on the underside would have been needed to maintain
this rigidity, making the car just that much heavier.

I asked a body shop to put one removable glass panel in and they would not touch it with a ten foot poll. I did put in a sun roof, and love it. It seems to stop that closed in feeling. After stopping at my dealership to show my salesman, another black Crossfire showed up with a sunroof. She saw mine and took it to the same place I did. It is really hard to see it until it is open, being all black, and I tinted my back window to black, really helps with cars and big trucks that seem to follow way too close. Believe it or not, the sunroof dosen't make any more wind noise then having your window open. It looks great with both the roof open and the spoiler up.. sorry to those who think a sunroof is a big no, I have had a lot of people say it looks good.
