FINALY!
Tomorow I will send money for my Xfire. Blue (electra?), black interior. Condition - very very good. 27k milage.

My friend - who send me photos of car, have a drive on this. He said that condition of engine and transmisson is good - but - this is not a SPORT car

I'v heard thatfrom a lot of people - that crossfire is not a sport car, in their opinion...

Ok, I am waiting for car.

Ok, I am waiting for car.
Anton, everybody has their own opinion as to what a true "sports car" really is.
All I can tell you is, I own a Mazda Miata, and a Chrysler/Dodge Viper GTS, along with my 04 Crossfire 6-spd. On a tight race course, with lots of twists and sharp hairpin turns, I don't think either of those "REAL" sports cars would out perform the Crossfire.
As far as winter driving goes, just pick up a set of 16" or 17" SLK wheels with 4 good 60 or 70 series winter tread tires, along with about 100lbs of extra weight in the trunk, and your car will do as well as any of those SLK's you see driving all year round.
How long do you think it's going to take for your Crossfire to be delivered?

Thank you..
You know, I think that Crossfire driving expirience - is like driving mersedes. Like flying over the road, comfortable, quite...
I had Mzada 3 2.0 Hatch - it is not a sport car at all, but mazda gives me extreme feelengs..

And thanks for winter advise

About shipping - I think 2 or 3 weeks... something like this.

translate for english-speaking members:

The second winter I go by crossfire. All is excellent. The good winter machine if to choose from roadsters. The roof maintains all. Heatings of seats, mirrors and back glass - rescue. Tires as it is necessary under the instruction, all four on 18". I use Hakkapellita4 tires with studs. In the last winter, at 28 degrees below zero, engine was cold-started easily and freely.

What instruction? For crossfires or SLKs? I think 18s are too big for winter...

Haka - yeah, I know - they are best! But not Russia made-in, only Finland!

Ok..
The last thing I have to worry about is - pinching in Finland port, where my car would be shiped. I heard about it...
With Xfire I have ordered a lot of parts for my Dodge Ram B250 . I am afraid of some one will steal my goods.

Also heard about guy - who found his BMW M5 without engine

that's going to through off the speedometer as well as the odometer.. 225/40/18 is 25.09" high while the stock 255/35/19 is 26.03" high. Not to mention it will be worse in the snow due to the gear ratio effect that will make all the gears ratios slightly lower. 18's in the rear should be 255/40's, as they will have the same overall height but with a smaller rim.

First let me welcome you here to the Crossfire forum.
Click here for a link to hear stock exhaust.
It is quiet but still has a nice sound.
