Some time ago, there was issue on this sunroof and pixs put up. Perhaps andrew or somebody existed during that time can recall the xfire with sunroof.

But really, would like to see current pix of xfire with sunroof.

Finally found it! The guy BFreedman372's crossfire with the sunroof and the threads that discussed about it.

Not yet, I have her parked for the winter, and in spring will take her out to Devil's Lake State park for pictures. If the snow ever stops, both she and I are having a bad case of cabin fever. I hate not being able to strech her wing.

Nice find on the forum! A sunroof, like shown on the car, would be a nice addition to an XFire.

I suppose technically the modification is a moonroof, but in any event the ability to open the roof would be welcome. The setup reminds me of the OEM setup on a Mazda RX-8.

We will be looking forward to the pics when you get nice weather. Perhaps if you get some great shots of the car and scenic background, you will be a strong candidate for the 2009 XFire calendar.

Regarding snow and cabin fever...when I lived in Alaska, every year was a mental battle throughout winter, waiting for spring and decent weather. A friend of mine said that when he left Alaska, he was going to tie a snow shovel to the front of his car and drive south until someone asked him what the thing was on the front of his car and then he would drive a couple of hundred miles further south and that is where he was going to live. I always related to what he said and is the major reason I live in southeast Texas.
