Default Crossfire chase scene:

Here is a red XF roadster being chased on the BBC show "Torchwood" (sort of an X-Files/MIB set in Cardiff, Wales).

They may have said blowfish, but was clearly a lionfish. I don't know why, but little inaccuracies like this drive me nuts. For all the work that goes into making a program like this I would think someone would do a quick Google on things. Besides, they had to use a model of some sort for the prosthetic fish head.

This is a blowfish:

This is a lionfish:

The Red Crossfire shows up in the final scene of the episode as well. I still have the episode on my DVR. I can't bring myself to delete it.

Blowfish, because they ended up blowing the fish's brains out!
