I searched and read and read. I admit I get distracted by other interesting topics when I search, but I could not find anything about the vertical post running up the middle of the windshield on the original concept car. How did that work with the windshield wipers?

Hm.. that does look pretty good.. as for windsheild wipers.. just remove them.. I did and i am very happy with the result... if you find any more information about that part please let us know

 

On the concept car that post that ran up the middle of the windshield was the windshield wiper and I agree I think it was a really nice design

 

i agree. The center windshield wiper was a unique design on the concept. I wish they would have kept that in the production cars. Many people thought it was a center post in a split window design.
I really like the front end on the concept!

 

I used to have a Mercedes 190. It had a single windshield wiper but was concealed when not operating.

 

looks like an eye sore to me.

 

same here.. I think the whole front end looks dumb on the concept.
