Yeah they are a bit darker than the grey trim on car but not that much, in the light they contrast pretty good. thanks on the ****, i see you have almost the same one, mine has the carbon on the underside as well.

Too bad you couldn't make it to Cars & Coffee this morning - we would have had two Crossfires with slasher stripes there!!! I love mine and think they look great on yours.

How do the Xfires fair at Cars and Coffee? I love watching the vids of people leaving, but I never see any affordable cars. It's always high dollar rich rides. Are the Xfires scoffed at, snubbed by snobs, or...?

We get a fair amount of notice and some positive comments/discussions from people. The videos you've seen have probably been pretty heavily edited to show off just the "high dollar rich rides" because this show has a little of everything. Sure, you'll always see some brand new Lamborghinis and Ferraris, but there are also antiques, hot rods, muscle cars, etc. If someone is putting together a video of European exotics though he's not likely to show the all original 1932 Chrysler Coupe, or any of the old Alfa Romeos, etc because they don't fit his definition of cool - if all he wants to show are the Lambos and Porsches.

I think the only snobby comment I've ever heard was from a women remarking about a group of Nissan 350Zs that pulled in saying that "this show isn't for daily drivers". She was stepping out of an early '60s Ferrari 250LWB Spyder. Truth is, anyone and anything is welcome at the show. Encouraged even.

I have not looked for any silver but I may pick some up to see how it would look in contrast to the SSB. I will just place it over the others and hold it there to see how it would look.

Yeah I lowered it, but these pics are before I lowered it. I dont have any after pics taken yet except the one a photographer took at cars and coffee, I will have more pics of my car lowered this week at the same spot so you can see the difference.
