DRB-III is the Chrysler PCM flashing tool, the precursor to the full-blown Daimler Chrysler STARSCAN tool.

Is this for reprogramming the ECU when you put a chip or supercharger?

These types of systems are dealer systems and so depend on software updates and factory support. I'm an engineer by profession, not a Chrysler factory technician. Sorry, I have no idea.

It's software for our cars if you have this tool: http://www.amazon.com/DRB-III-Scan-T...3227042&sr=8-1

You can modify settings and reprogram the TPMS system for new sensors and other stuff.
