Default heat trouble

Hey, has anyone had this probelm? My girlfriend has an '05 white Raodster convert. Whenever she turns off the A/C hot air keeps blowing in from under the dashboard on the drivers side. The Chrysler guy says it;s just ambient air (we live in Miami) but I don't know. I also have an '05 convert (SRT-^) and i don't have any similar problems.

Anyone got any info on this?

I know it might sound stupid, but if you move the adjustment on the vent up and down (forcefully) a couple times it might fix it. That happened in my caddy, there are valves to divert the hot air in the heater, and they get stuck sometimes.
