steering loose?

Default steering loose?

does anyone know how difficult it is to access this bolt to tighten it?? or pictures would be even better.

the bolt is accessed by removing the plastic tray beneath the engine area. from my understanding... the bolt is toward the center of the rack.

thanks, i am buying one from a dealer and they are a subaru dealer so they said they would just take $500 off if i just took the car and had it taken care of myself. i am very mechanically inclined so i figured i could just fix it myself. i just dont want to buy it and need a new steering box. the car is an '04 and has 29k miles.
