The looks
I know I'm new to the Crossfire, and I've owned some very nice cars. But never have I owned a car that gets the looks that this Coupe does. The day I went to the insurance office to have the photos taken, the people that parked next to me just sat in their car and never took their eyes off my Coupe. After a good 10 min of looking they ask me what is it, as they have never seen anything like it. I told them its made in Germany for Chrysler by MBenz. All they said was wow what a great looking car. Never knew Chrysler had such a car. Driving through town was fun. At stop light a young lad in a 350z gave me a thumbs up. I can't waite until summer gets here.
I drive through Manhattan during the summer regularly. You want a head trip? Drive through Times Square in the summer during peak rush. Nothing like having a couple thousand people looking at your car and nudging the person next to them.
Yah, I even had a guy in a Mercedes roadster come up to me one day and ask questions. He said he had three other mercedes at home but loved the look of my crossfire.
I have not been getting this lately
I guess due to the increased crossfire population in my area... around 5 other crossfires in my 2sq mile town with one being a graphite srt-6..
I have had mine for about a month and I still drool when I go out into the garage.
It's supposed to get up to 60 here in Colorado today. Time to tear up the roads during lunch!

Makes me feel good to know that there are only two Crossfires running around here in my little part of NY.
Vetts and juiced up ricers are a dime a dozen around here. All the local kids drive Civic's and Colbolts, and think they rule the fast lane. But they do like the looks of the Crossfire.

Been meaning to ask this question and figured this is a good place. How many would buy this car, knowing what you know about it, if it DIDN'T have the great looks that it does?

Maybe I could ask it this way: If you had to rank the reasons, why did you buy your car:
(a) the looks
(b) the mechanics
(c) the drive
(d) the price
(e) other.
And now that you've owned it a while, are the reasons for keeping it the same? (lease not up or loan not paid off notwithstanding)

How the car looks is the only reason I was attracted to the car to begin with. After a little research on the SRT, the mechanics then intrigued me.
The price cinched the deal. The drive was an added bonus!
Would I do it again? Absolutely. I've owned numerous cars over the years. This was the best choice (due to the above mentioned reasons) that I have made. The more I drive it, the more I like it. It's a keeper.
