Whats' the best and easiest way to fix the squeaks in the door panel? My left leg rests against the door and it squeaks all the time, mostly at the bottom. Cork strips? Rubber? Silicone lube? Thanks.

Never mind. Did it myself. A Mercedes mechanic friend of mine a few years ago gave me a little plastic bottle of pure silicone that was a Mercedes part. He told me it was priced like gold. I just took the door panel off and carefully squirted the silicone all around the outside edge of the door wherever the door panel touched. Squeaks and groans gone.
