Unhappy FSS system Question

Help confused, I purchased the crossfire at carmax with 19500 miles on it they said it already had been serviced with new oil change etc. Now that I'm learning about the car (from this forum no doubt) I noticed the 1 wrench symbol and the -1100 next to the wrench. I now have 22000+ miles on the car did I miss something should the oil be changed now. They must not have changed the oil and 19500 right? I do alot of city driving stop and go.

They might have changed the oil but didn't resest the fss. If it was my car I'd change the oil just to be on the safe side.

I just got my first (free) oil change at the Chrysler dealership where I purchased it......they didn't even reset the FSS...I had to do it myself.
