Fix-a-Flat Expired ?
Fix-a-Flat Expired ?
Was looking at my fix-a-flat container and noticed what looks like a use by date. It's still in the plastic rapper, so I assume it's good to go. Any Thoughts on this?
These attachment pics sure are acting weird, Hope they uploaded....
Has an 11/03 and 11/07 date on it.

Re: Fix-a-Flat Expired ?
Even if it was new I would get rid of it. If you need a roadside repair carry a good pair of needle nose pliers and a good tire repair plug kit.
We plugged a tire in north Carolina at the Tail of the Dragon and it went all the way home up to Canada with no problems.
If you use that crap that came with your Crossfire then plan on replacing your tire very soon after.

That fix a flat stuff doesn't seem like it's useful anyhow. If you have a nail hole it probably won't lose air that fast. Drove for two weeks with one in my tire and as long as I filled it every two days I was fine. If it's a sidewall cut it's not going to help anyhow.
