Ok, So I've been debating to install a new chip or not. I really need the run down on which ECU has the most HP gain, and which ECU upgrade is the cheapest. Any Ideas? Oh, and other than Tirerack does anyone know where to get a pair of 275/35/20 tires at a decent cost. These tire costs are killing my wallet.

 

Get a CAI first. I just installed one today, and it's a big difference.

Kuhmo Ecsta SPT's are a good 3 season tire on a budget; probably around $700 a set.
I got the Nitto Invo's for better wet weather and light snow driving.
Really smoothed out the ride, and very grippy, but a bit of sidewall flex at high G; $800 a set.
