I went in and sat down and talked to the service mgr, got a tour, talked 1 on 1 with the supposed crossfire srt6/viper mechanic...2 days later I had my car back running fine, they borrowed a mechanic from nearby MC dealership, their mech couldn't figure it out...but they fixed it and admitted it...so we talk before they get my car, and things have worked out well, just need to communicate sometimes...I have a mechanic that works on all my other cars, I used to, but things have gotten to where I don't have the diagnostic tools or the training anymore...back to my SRT, they replaced the pump, but still didn't fix it. turned out to be a temp sensor for SC...
