When will my intake ever ship out? I kind of want to install it

 

You should contact Rob at NeedsWings directly for that kind of info, or if you were in on the group buy, post in the group buy thread. It really isn't helpful to post this all by itself, as Rob may not see it.

 

I think they are still about 1-2 weeks out.

i assume your one of the guys that snuck in after the group buy but i havent shipped yours out yet? we were made aware of an issue with the na intakes before your kit shipped so i held it back until the new version is complete so we wouldnt have to ship things back and forth. the scoop is in the last page of the group buy thread. sorry for the delay.

 

msheredy, you have got me all wrong.

I did not make this thread while in the throes of an inexcusable rage. I am merely anxious and overeager to receive the intake. Maybe I came off in a different way, but my intentions were strictly benign, and for the confusion I have caused because of my excitement, I expressly apologize.

Rob is a real great vendor and an even better person, and if there ever was a person in the world that handles his business affairs as well as Rob does, then you would be hard-pressed to find them, indeed.

Rob, I just want to let you know that I trust you and the Needswings name. Again, I'd like to apologize for whatever misunderstanding this has caused.

And if there's one thing I have learned from this, its that I am still a kid and kids should really say what they mean, especially if a certain post you make can either be interpreted as high praise or a vitriolic statement.

Again, sorry for the commotion, and hopefully I haven't caused any damage to Rob's reputation or Needswings' reputation, because they really are a pleasure to work with, and nobody can say a word to the contrary.

 

Bravo, badseed1! We need more forum members that know how to defuse a thread. We've had a bit to much vitriol around here lately. And kudos on the big vocabulary too!

 

I just felt bad that I made waves when there wasn't even an ocean to start with. I read my post over and saw exactly how, along with the title of the thread, my meaning of the post had an ambiguous nature. And an even funnier thing is is that I am very very non-confrontational by nature, so I guess stink with my communication skills, or lack thereof.

And sorry for the vocab thing: I write short stories and the vocabularly lists in English Honors are slightly more intensive than others. But, I assure you, I am not a super-nerd trying to impress, because that's just plain e-thugging

 

Bring on the vocab! Mine needs some brushing up anyways, and it never hurts to use that brain. Having a good vocabulary doesn't make you a nerd, just well spoken.

 

Yeah, you're right.

No one hates me if I'm a nerd, but I have just found out why everyone at my school hates me:

1. I have the crossfire and the vette
2. Supposedly I am rich

And my personal favorite:

3. My family and I have ties to the Greek mafia (if there really is one) and we control major shipments (import/export) of marijuana and cocaine over the border into Canada.

Its not that we are well-off, its just that my dad is a gearhead and my entire family on my father's side is a gearhead, too, and that's where our money goes. We have like 9 cars, but we fix them ourselves and they are not all insured at the same time.

So yeah, they are crazy.
