ECU Flashing for 238 HP
A company named Inmotion Tuning say they will take your ECU, flash it and send it back the same day they receive it. They claim the new horsepower rating will be 238HP. The total cost is $340.00. Doesn't seem bad for a 23 HP increase per $.

TVT Designs offers about the same thing. Theirs lists for $400. (www.tvtdesign.com) I'm sure LET Motorsports does too. (www.letmorotsports.com) And you might want to check www.speedinnovation.com and www.renntech.com too. But I bet RennTech will be very overpriced.
All of those vendors are well known Crossfire tuners, and I haven't heard anything bad about any of them (other than RennTech's prices). Most of them have representative members here in the forum you can contact and ask questions before you buy.

Sorry, I don't know of a RennTech representative in our forum.
Another trusted vendor is NeedsWings. (www.needswings.com) I beleive that Rob at NeedsWings does ECU tuning as well, but I don't see it listed on his web site. https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum/members/needswings.html NeedsWings is well known for their cold air intake, which runs about $500 and will add ~20 whp. In my opinion, it is the best looking and best performing intake for our cars.
If you're going to get an ECU tune, it would be worth it to consider getting an intake before hand, so that you can have the ECU tune include the intake and get you even more power while the ECU tune costs the same. (rather than sending in your ECU a second time after getting an intake, and having to pay a fee for the retune)
Another thing to consider is TVT Design's 250 performance package. It will get you up to 250 crank horsepower, or even 265 if you include their intake. However, it will cost you around $1,200.
Of course, don't forget to check the Group Buys section of the forum. You can save a lot of cash buying into a group buy. Also, check the meets section. Vendors will often attend larger meets and offer special pricing on tuning.
Good luck, and don't forget to post what you end up doing, and your experience with the vendor.

Great guy to deal with. I will probably talk to them.

Before I got the SRT6 I had InMotion flash my ECU, actually several times. They were willing to flash it for the cost of shipping it until we found the power band I liked. They did this totally as a customer service and they worked until they made me happy with their product. I have to say InMotion gets a great BIG thumbs up from me when it comes to flashing the Crossfires ECU.
Now that I am going much deeper into the engine with the SRT I have gone different dirrections but if I were still flashing ECU's I would still be using them.
BEST OF ALL GET THEIR PROGRAMMING OFF OF E-BAY AT A AUCTION THAT SAYS "or best offer" THEY WILL DROP THEIR PRICE ALMOST TO HALF!
Enjoy the Ride...
Mike

I asked the guy from TVT when he did my car what I'd see after a reflash - he asked "Do you want to know what they advertise or what you can really see in performance?"
He says advertised is around 22-24 hp, but real-life is probably more like 14-16 (I think that's what he said).
