How do I mount a gps?
I have a Magellan GPS. It has a 2.5 inch suction mount like on a windshield or a glue disc
to mount somewhere on the dash of my roadster. I prefer a lower profile than on the dash top or windshield. I would prefer the least conspicuous place that will also give the driver a view of the GPS screen. I'm preferring a more factory look than an add on. I would appreciate any thoughts. Blackie

Take an old credit card or gift card. Fold it in half the long way forming an L bracket. Use high-strength double stick tape to horizontally affix it to the middle of the back of your GPS. Now you should have a lip sticking out the back that can be wedged in between the radio and the console. Easily removed to safety when not in use. See my gallery.

This would also work on the left of the steering wheel above the air vent. A little less conspicuous.
Good thinkin' midnightman!

That's the one.
Only I was wrong. It's $38+ for it.
