when did they come out with these? i like the megan exhaust tho.

 

Haven't seen that one before on a Crossfire, if it's not real they could have borrowed the plaque from the SRT design 300.

 

Custom Crossfire... the exhaust would be the same but painted black, and it would have a huge wing..

 

well i know the exhaust is custom. but im talking about the emblem. if they actually make a srt design crossfire?

 

I've heard of some dealers adding a bit of bling to a non-SRT, and labelling it "SRT Design."
Perhaps this is one such case.

 

Anyone know what brand exhaust that is? And my guess would be that the ower debadged their car and added that emblem...

You are correct sir Debadged, then rebadged. That is my car. I saw the emblem at a dealership on a 300C and inquired about it inside. Basically the SRT DESIGN 300C comes with everything that the real SRT has.....except the motor. I am thinking of removing it, if anyone is interested?

The exhaust is a custom MEGAN RACING install. One of the photos in my gallery has a comment with a link to the exact muffler I purchased.

 

i think the badge looks sick. i was just wondering if it was legit. cause it looks like it came like that stock. and i like the exhaust i bet it really sounds awesome. do you have a sound clip?

Thanks for the compliments I do not have a sound clip, but I do have a video camera with a lot of footage of my crossfire with the exhaust. I have some footage of a couple GTG's and at Firebird International Raceway. Where should I post a clip? YOUTUBE? I have never uploaded video before. But I would love to put up a sound clip becase this exhaust sounds waaaaay better than Magnaflow and Flowmaster.

 

i bet it does. ive heard a megan on a 350 and it sounded real nice. since the 3.2 is a little more silent i think it will sound nice. yeah you tube will word.

 

So the only difference between this SRT design and a limited.... is the muffler??

 

its not actually a srt design it IS a limited. he just took that off a 300c but he also has an AFTERMARKET muffler.

 

Paint that tow hook and you'll be golden!

Funnt you mention that. Those are old pics and I now have the VOLKSWAGON BEETLE tow hook cover. A slight modification and it fits like a glove I saw pics of it on a thread and went down to the dealership and ordered one. It is something that is a must for every white crossfire. I'll post a new pic soon.

 

I just taped off around the hook and painted it black with a rattle can. 1 dollar, done.

 

That is a good idea, however there it leaves a lot of room for error on a white car, well at least for someone like me who is not so handy with spray paint (I tend to overspray). BUt the tow hook only cost me $2.xx and no room for error. Plus it is the same color as the Diffusers, matte black kinda/
