Default Owners with rear diffusers

I was going through some old photo's of my first Crossfire...

I'm going to have to get some more diffusers when I come back. I actually felt like these changed the way the car handled. It didn't change drastically but I felt like it was an improvement. What did ya'll think?

13dog,

just out of curiosity, exactly how did it improve handling?

Thanks

I felt like the car was more stable at high speeds.

I know what you mean man, I added those light up valve stem caps on my car and I felt like it gave my car the ability to travel through time. I am actually typing this mesage to you from the year 2013 on a Wednesday afternoon.

I don't think I've gone fast enough, then. I can't feel a difference.

I think our XFires are beginning to alter our minds.

No really guy's you can tell a difference, just like the tornado's I installed in the air intake is giving me 50 mpg and an extra 25hp. It's amazing how much straighter the cars goes when you put theses things on. Especially on a straight stretch of highway

And I got 30 more horsepower from my hyperground wires... Who needs a supercharger - I have 5 pounds of 0-gauge wire that does the same thing!

The new Ferrari's have diffusers. So why would they copy the xfire if it didn't work? Everyone knows the Italians, apart from being inventive at getting out of work, wont put anything on a car unless its fast or functional or artistic. (Sorry Danielle) (My Italian brother in law) Soooo, I want em too. If only because they are artistic looking, and Ferrari has them too.

I was thinking of getting these to but then I heard they actually slow you down when you are driving 60mph in reverse

Is this true ??

But they straighten the air so the car can pass the 90/3000rpm threshold with no issues. (going forward) Now if they're flat black and James Bond like, you can go in reverse with no issues. If they are color matched, chrome or silver grey, go 60 in reverse at your own risk. Too much visual turbulence.

I noticed my roof goes down faster after I installed my diffusers. Could be that I left them black though.

Maybe it was because you were going 155mph when you put it down!!

The diffuser set I have installed actually has a cloaking device...Rendering them invisible. Thus, my enemies will not know if I can achieve 88mph and travel through time or if they should ontinue chasing me...I will win either way...1955 here I come!!!!!

That settles it. I'm getting confusers for my car right away! Actually, they come in handy while deploying the oil slick, not to mention the tacks. Also they focus a concentrated stream of mist while raining thus diffusing the tailgating problem some of the forum members have experienced. All in all worth every penny.
