Default Replacement for my Crossfire...

bought it today...

Crossfire has been nice, but I've wanted one of these for many, many years.

Having trouble wiping the silly grin off my face.

Hmm, not bad.
But the real question is... "What's the cup holder like???"

the employee pricing for everyone right now is great...vettes always get excluded from the big promotions, but this time the 08's were included...I actually did about $800 better than employee

Very very nice. I have a vette and a crossfire and love them both. You'll be very happy with your new ride.

Victory Red
Stock LS3 is 430 hp, 424 tq. My car has dealer-installed "GM Performance Exhaust" which is really a Borla...so I'm probably a bit above those #'s.

Motor Trend did 0-60 in 4.1 and 1/4 mile in 12.5 @ 115 in an '08 LS3.

I've had 2 Corvettes in the past, 1961 & 1968 and have not been too excited about the design in recent years until the new one came out. I don't know when they changed to the non pop up type headlights with the clear plastic covers. I think it was 2005. That was a real design improvement in my opinion. The new design really made the car come alive from every angle. Some of the older ones remind me of doorstops.

Congratulations, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Nice choice, especially in Corvette RED! Had a '77 in RED and an '85 is the 2-tone bronze.

Those numbers match the Black version of your car that I raced last week. He did the 1/4 in 12.5 @ 115mph. He was right on my tail the whole trip!!! Being lighter and quicker off the line helps!

After nationals, I'm SS-bound. The xfire gets one last hurrah in Topeka, then I'll sell it and all the autox goodies.

Sonoros, You talking to me? Nope. I'm just trying to have some fun. If I can get my Aero down to the high 11's it would be GREAT! But I'm just having fun running the car. I have only been to track three times and the first run each time is all tingley with tunnel vision. What a great feeling!
