Never heard of Matt Hardigree but I found plenty of reason to suspect his judgement well before geting to #3

See the comments. The editors have noted that this is not a list of lemons.

I added a comment of my own .... it has yet to appear, but the essence of my comment is that the absence of the Edsel is striking as is the presence of several non-turkeys on a list only 10 deep ... ergo, the judgement of the author is, IMO, suspect ...

Lol I agree with it for the most part. They definitely hit the nail on the head with the #1 car on the list!

A turkey?

check the reply on page three by
A strolling player

"Look, you guys are getting it wrong. The Aztek, for example, is not a turkey, it's just awful. A turkey is a car that's cool or innovative but didn't sell, whether due to taste or timing or cost. The Bertone Volvo is awesome, but no one simultaneously wants a car like it and is a Volvo customer. The SSR was too expensive for most of the market it appealed to. The Insight got incredible mileage but only sat two and apparently was low-volume from the start. See what I mean?"

Sounds like a Crossfire to me.

I agree with the Honda Insight as being a turkey. It looks like a turkey on wheels. Check out the rear wheel wells. They look like turkey legs.

As far as the xfire on his list, obviously he never drove one. And as far as the styling, his taste is all in his mouth. The Crossfire is the automotive world's best kept secret.

Agree, had an 81 280ZX. It was an excellent car. Speed was ok, kind of like a std XF. The speedometer only went to a 100 or something like that. There are a ton of cars that should have made the turkey list.

Pinto
Vega
Pacer
Gremlin
Cimmeron

Quail???????????? Also had Vega. (for 3 months). Then again I was 21 and sold my Corvette for some cash to go back to school and got the Vega from my sister. When my mother bought a new Caprice I let her trade the Vega in and got her 71 Caprice. It was really a bummer going from a 72Vette to a 74 Vega. At least the Caprice was 400 CI.

Had a 72 Vega GT, 110 HP. My first four speed. I could get a chirp in second gear. This was the car that gave me the life long love of speed. I thought it looked good for the time. This one looks exactly like the one I had.

add any type of actual styling to a car and the so called car experts call it blan ugly or what have you.for example like the crossfire a monte carlo has always had specfic styling down the side of the car but now all these so called auto experts want to praise is cookie cutter over rated jap crap.

Lol i kind of like his list, because i'd love to own most of the cars. 9,8,6,3,1 are all cars i've admired over the years. I'm perfectly fine driving my turkey, and even my neighbors have come over to let me know how much they like it.
