Hey neighbor (I'm from Poland originally). Some people have done a DIY by sanding the headlights and then using some PlasticX on them to fix the swirls on the glass. Car looks good!

Hi Kit Fox. But i have condensation inside my headlights. I mean that using plasticX is for somebody, who have haze outside the headlight lens. Now you are in USA?

Some cars have wipers on the headlights, you need them on the inside of the lens. That's not a pretty sight.

One year forme.

Welcome! Thereis a Technical Service Bulletin for the condensation problem. It is fixed with a new vent kit I think.

TBS: 13-Jan-05 - 08-002-05 - Lighting - Condensation in Headlamps

Good luck!

Maybe you have another problem? Make sure the large round covers are well sealed? There is a small "T" shaped vent tube in the top/center/back of each headlamp assembly. Make sure they are in position.

Does it only fog up when the weather is rainy? Or does it stay that way all of the time?

Yes only when is rainy or when is cold weather . If the car only stay outside in rain no fog is there. Fog appear only if the lights are turned on in bad weather. Tomorrow I will check headlamp asembly. Thanks

The water is getting in from the rain somehow, maybe around the bulb or in through a vent, it is then getting heated and then condensing on the cold glass. It appears to be much more than just regular humidity. Before you turn the lights on, is water visible on the bottom, inside the light? Is it one or both head lights? My car has not had the modified vents installed and I have had no problems. Did you put the bulbs in correctly and get a good seal, as I see you put in HID bulbs.

Hello thanks for your reply.No. If the car only stay without lighting, headlamps are clear. Water isnt in lamps. I have stock bulbs and installed in Chrysler service. Thanks for your interest.

Welcome to our forum. Other than the TSB that's out there to resolve your headlight problem, I don't know where else to point you to.
