Tough times to own an auto dealership but an incredible opportunity for smart buyers

 

man this is nuts i am furious lol, i picked my car up about 3 weeks ago and at that point they had $17,000 of msrp and i got them to go down to $18,845 and had them sell me the car for $17,000 even. I asked and pushed him to drop it to $15,900 where i thought they could and he would not budge. Now i see this ad and this is nuts, i am gonna see if he will go lower and pick one up for the girlfriend. This is a killer deal and won't last long for the color combination you want so act quick.

This unfortunately is a sign of the times. We have a dealership here selling trucks: two for the price of one!

 

I'm not sure just yet as I've swapped around this week. It is going to be one of the Black Automatics with the black/gray interior. My guess is 843012 but their site is not up to date.

I started out with the Sapphire Silver Blue (843032), but found out it has that weird looking orange interior. Just not a fan of how the orange was overuse on the insides when I saw it in person in my area. From there, I bumped around to a couple other different colors but their computer also listed the cars as having the the black/gray interior by error.

A black one finally had the good interior combo so I'm very happy as it was my 3rd color choice. I'm so excited as I've been interested in this car since the concept version but it was never a possibility back then. By pure chance, I decided to check their going price for a Crossfire as I needed a newer car. Ended up finding this site, found the Grapevine ad here and the rest is history. One awesome dream car I never expected to get so soon and for less than some of the basic cars I was also looking into.

 

If it did not have NAV, it had to be stock # 843009 .

 

the car for $15,845 was only one specific model, machine gray manual without nav but they already sold it. i was about to get it for my girlfriend but someone was test driving it as we spoke about the deal and the person decided to buy it. the rest of them are around $18-$20k manual and automatic most with nav.

 

How long till they sell them at the auction?

 

i talked to ross lindsey and they only had 1 at 20,000 of msrp, the rest are around 17-19k of msrp depending on the model. manual without nav is around 17-18k not sure if they have any left, manual with nav is around 18k-19k and auto with nav is around 19k-20.5k. i think they have altogether around 17 left now they sold 3 on sat.

not sure when they plan to take them to the auction they are making just a slight bit more by selling them at the dealership not much more. They seem to be selling around 3-5 per week so they might just hold onto them until they are all done.
