Don't you have to hold the manual up to a mirror & read it backwards over there?

You cannot disable the passenger airbag on them in the UK, Korea, Australia and a few other countries that escape me at the moment. If you wanted to disable it, you would need 4 things; turn off switch, indicator that goes between the ashtray and the lighter socket, seat occupancy sensor and new SRS module as yours isn't setup to see the passenger side off. That and you'll need all the harness to connect everything. They are all separate and not part of any other harnesses so that is a good thing but for the time, effort and expense, not worth it IMHO.

There was a recent thread about this. The result is there is a Mercedes-provided baby seat that contains some sort of sensor to disable the airbag.

Please do a search on "baby seat".
