That's hot.
Has anyone seen a Crossfire with an off-center stripe?
Something like these bogies in Mr. & Mrs. Smith:

I wonder if it would look good on such a narrow body.

NOOOOOO, it doesn't look good on ANY car. I've seen at least 8 different ricers in town with that crap and it always looks lopsided and stupid. It makes me wonder when they're gonna save up enough money to buy the other half of the racing stripes. LOL
just my thoughts...................I'm a sucker for symmetry
BMW forums were all torn up with that image, too.
Most people hated it, but a few liked it.
The last thing I want to do is rice-out my car. But I feel that as long as I keep the exterior mods to a minimum, it will keep most of the spirit of the criss cross body.
I *may* do a stripe, so long as it doesn't look rice. I'm certainly considering SRT SIX's verticals:

My to-do list:
1) New audio receiver
2) TVT 265
3) Verticals
4) Stripe (maybe)
5) Sell it and buy an SRT.
I wish I could start at 5, but I won't be able to afford doing this for two years.

Long story short, after car payment ($350), insurance ($170), the rest of my bills [housing (500), food ($400) and gas ($90)], I'm living right at my means. :-X
I'm lucky just to have the limited
About the insurance: I have no speeding tickets on my record and no accidents. I'm just not old.
