good accent color
If it were a deep blue, like the Lexus IS-F, I would certain say white. --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nb2Fn-xoIrw
( Make sure you watch this in high-quality. This in-theater advertisement is the best I have seen, save for Honda's 6.2 million dollar ad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8Qqy0sP0WE )
I would certainly find gray an appealing accent color for the Aero Blue. Which gray is a tough call... something dark, maybe gun metal. I would not prefer gun metal gray on my vehicle. In my opinion, it looks like carefully applied brake dust and polished.
Gun Metal Gray:

It might be a little trendy, but brown and light blue go well together:

Light Blue is so difficult to find a good accent for.
With Black, you have yellow, red, or silver accents. With a vivid yellow, you have black accents. With a vivid blue, you have silver, white, and the occasional black accent. With green, you have black and silver accents. (Unless the green is bright... then nothing can upstage it) With red, you have black (yuck) or white accents.
It's funny you ask this question. Literally ten seconds before I read your post, I asked if anyone had applied an off-center stripe on their Crossfire:

While that car is HIIIIIIDEOUS, I believe that color of brown would be the perfect accent, if used sparingly.
The spontaneity of that earthy yet metallic brown stripe would be a real attention grabber!
With our silver accents it's impossible for any accent to look good IMO without painting the silver accents the color of your car. If you don't it just starts to look like everything was thrown together randomly.
