Since joining the forum, I have heard stories about member experiences with Crossfire Service at different dealerships. Some have been positive, some negative. Since I have had an extremely great experience with warranty work at mine, I want to give them credit for a job well done.

I will start the list:

Why do they get a good review?
1. Replaced headlights under warranty: Done in two days
2. Ordered new door panel under warranty because of glue residue
3. Replaced transmission plug gasket: Done same day
4. They didn't give me any hassle for my needswings intake.
5. Loaner vehicle was always available, even at the moment I dropped off crossfire
6. Ordered new valve cover gaskets to replace leaky ones. (Will install when I am back in state.)

 

Great idea Alex. I'm in OKC and have no issues with my car,but if anyone in OKC has one to recommend I would appreciate it. If not, Tulsa it is.

Talk to Larry if you ever need Chrysler to work on your Crossfire. He's a great guy and will treat you right.

As of 4:00PM, I am back in Oklahoma. Unfortunately, I fly out again on the 18th, and won't be able to make it.

 

So is this an OK only thing? J/K... Since were doing this I didnt buy my cars through them, but I have had my wifes JEEP worked on at Chris Nikels a few times. So I will add them to good dealerships.

In Southern California there's Westoaks Chrysler Dodge @ 3839 Automall Drive, Westlake Village CA, 805-371-4900

They have a great "German" Tech - named RICK who knows the Crossfire and the SRT6 very well. (He knows all my mods and aslo works on the Sprinters) - he's also good friends with the AMG master mechanic next door at the MB dealer - thus he can always tap into a great body of knowledge.

Fixed my CEL with a bad injector (warranty) prior to intalling the LET 185mm and LET HE and I've never had a CEL since.

Replaced rear differential under warranty.

 

Just got my car back from Park Cities Dodge Dallas. Had some warranty work done had oil changed 99.95 included tax. They are replacing radio to take back in when it becomes available. Left car about noon and was ready that evening. Note a xf owner and forum member works there. sowardcustoms . Did great for me. Thanks Park Cities Dodge

They are also a Mercedes dealer, and use the Merc techs for diagnosis and to check on the Chrysler tech's work.

They also put plastic over the seat, stick and steering wheel as well as floor matts.

They have successfully replaced fogged headlights and a faulty radio/nav as well as fixed a transmission leak under warranties.

No cost loaners also available.

 

Hilton Head Chrysler, in SC

They are very polite and took real good care not to get oil/grease on my red interior... they washed there hands!

They took the time to listen to me and let me in the shop to give them as much information as possible for them to figure it out... of course the problem never happens when it's on the shop but still.

Never question me about a thing. Quick, courteous, clean & friendly. They don't pass the buck, never said a peep about my Needswings CAI & get the job right the first time.
My only cavaet would be that I've never had anything major go bad with either Xfire so I can't vouch for their skills at diagnosing major issues.
Time will tell!

 

And one can go down the street for a really fresh beer!

Bought my roadster there four years ago and the radiator warranty and annual oil changes done right. I had some very slight body work and paint on the rear valence and you can't tell it was done. So I brought my SRT6 in for body work on the door and not only did they fix that right, but they also filled and painted the license plate holes on the front bumper so you cannot tell they were ever there. They were a little slow on the warranty work replacing the intercooler and sensor, but that's because they had never seen an SRT6 before and had to get the approvals from Chrylser.

In-Tune Imports in Holland MI, 616-392-4155 (Jason Nyikes).

Also does all the work on my Audi A6 2.7T and Audi A4 3.0. Services lots of M-B. Did the brake job on my SRT6 as well as oil changes. Very trustworthy -- has talked me out of work that I really did not need.
