Who's held onto their keys the longests?
Out of the 1739 active members on the forum, who have owned their car for the longest time?
Lots of original forum members purchasd their cars back in 03, but where are they now?
Any long time owners want to step up to the plate and see how far up the totem pole they rank?

I've had the Scooter since 12/30/03 (my birthday present from me to me). When I got it, I was still young. Have since rolled my personal odometer over to the 60's.
The guy that started the forum got his in July 03. Don't know if he still has it.
As I recall there was over a hundred owners here when I first joined the forum so there could be some of those guys still around although can't remember hearing from any in a long time.

That might hinge on the word active, the Creator still has his car and logs on to the forum although he rarely post's. His may be the oldest.

This is the guy FP crossed paths with last summer at the spray wash.
He joined here in 03 and has had his Crossfire since that time.

Thought I might be the longest on the forum. Turns out that I'm not even the longest in the Chicago burbs. That guy might also be in for the Long Hauler award. Haven't heard from to many that are into 6 digits.
Anyone else still here with an '03 buy in? I think Crazy Dan was originally in from '03 with his first one but he no longer is allowed to play in our sandbox.

I would have to think that I was one of the first roadster owners as I got mine June of 2004 as soon as the dealers received them in my area.
I Got My First One In December Of 03, It Came Into The Dealership My Husband Managed In October. It Took Me Until December To Finally Break Down And Bye It. At First I Thought It Was Ugly, But After Driving It, Found True Love. I Got My Second One In 06 I Am Here To Stay.
I'm not the oldest, but got mine in June 2004, getting ready to sell it next week after I bought an Audi A5. After all these years its still a beutiful car, but now I want a back seat. I just wish the prices on these didn't drop as much as they did compared to 2003-2004.
Purchased mine in March 04' after seeing one in a Parking lot while shopping with my hubby.
He pointed it out to me on a Saturday, was driving mine on Sunday! Love my car.

Mrs. punkin and I bought her 04 SSB on 7-4-03 and drove it home that day.

I got my crossfire since October 03 (don't recall the exact date). I just joined this Forum two days ago and have to do a lot of reading before I start posting more.
Once I'm all caught up, I will post some pictures also. The "only" upgrade to this wonderful automobil was a dash kit (oxford burlwood trim) about two years ago.
Besides the "usual" small problems (paint peeling, light bulps out, 3rd set of tires etc.) I only had joy. Until last week, my wife drove it most of the time, but now she (the car) is all mine
... she got a new BMW (I paid it)
2004 Coupe (need to check my vin#... gosh that's sad... don't know it in my head... it's in the 4000s for sure)
SSB
45.000 miles

I picked mine up September 6th, 2003. I was home for my sister's wedding, went window shopping, and next thing I know, I'm driving off the lot with her. Best (and by far the most expensive) impulse buy I've ever made.
Might not have had the keys that long, but I have been in mines for time than anyone here. 147, 000 miles. July 05. No problems and a great car IF you take care of it yourself. Please do not trust any shop.
