Most importantly, you're going to find answers to questions you haven't even thought of yet in this forum ... like the man said, pick a thread and start reading ... I learned more in my first 3 months on this forum than I'd learned in 3 years of ownership before finding my way here ...
good to have you on board with us ...
You picked the right two-seater in its price range. A pleasure to drive with quality beyond any other domestic make, if you can call the Xfire domestic.
Hey, has anyone ever filled in the six lines/grooves in the hood and repainted? Not that I neccessarily dislike the design, but would love to see a pic.
Thanks.

Or a Datsun B210 hatchback!
I happen to like my roadster open-faced with speed sauce on the side!
It's the most enjoyable car I've ever had.

I own a NA roadster and an SRT6 Coupe. So that must say something. The only car I like better is my 93TT RX7, which will be back on the road sometime soon.

are you serious?
what year is yours and what do you have?
why dont you like it?
My car has been in the shop for a total of 5 months. That's out of 15 months of ownership. Its the engine. Bearings, rings, pistons, injectors, you name it, its been replaced. Now they say its the crankshaft. I admit the car has great looks, and thats why I bought it. With Chrysler in such bad shape, I just want to get the car back so I can sell it ASAP. It's a 2005 Limited. The ONLY good thing is that all has been covered by warrenty. I have never owned a car with so many problems in all my life, and I'm 58 and have owned so many cars I lost count. I just hope that for all Chrysler owners, there will be a dealer to take them to.

Well here goes... THese cars are Horrible!... ...when your cant drive them. THey just sit there in the parking lot teasing you with their awesome lines and an engine just calling your name, seats that envelop you and a staggered wheel base that rides like a dream!
Yes they are great cars and you will enjoy it. I took a long time to make my decision to go with this car and I am very glad that I did make the choice to go with an xfire.
THis forum will have a lot of great info for you and you will truly enjoy the banter.
Welcome!
Welcome to the forum. I had an 04 and purchased an SRT. Both of them run great with no problems at all except for headlight and window alignment issues that we all had. New battery in the 04 was the only expense.
