Talking Re: another one bit the dust

IMO Iwould suggest you consult an attourney that you are comfortable with, to cover your position. Sign nothing till you have it reviewed.

I had a 2000 Expedition totaled by the passenger door of a datsun Z that was hill jumping and slid into me sideways at a speed of 60 mph. Frame bent to the rear, could not go on the rack to even check it. Two went on the helicopter for that one

Kurly,
I think we may be like neighbors. I live in Westminster, around Magnolia and Mc Fadden. Have you ever gone to the Fairgrounds for the "Cruise for a Cure" car show? I wish you luck on a replacement.

ZERACER I think we just might be neighbors. I live close to Goldenwest & Trask. No I have never been to the fairgrounds for that function.

Wow, main thing is that no one was seriously hurt, except for your car of course. You should be able to find a decent Crossfire in any model. Good luck with everything.

Well I got the call today......totaled. The parts were too expensive, over $9000, thats with a used hood and fenders. The appraiser said the drivers air bag was a little over $1000 and the passenger side was almost $1600 plus the dash is cracked. I'm sad because the car only had 7000 miles on it,wasn't even broke in yet. I'm sad.... I 'm sad. I loved that car .

Are you going to try to buy it back? I might be interested depending on the price.

Well there are still plenty of low miles ones still out there. Get you an SRT-6 this time.

I talked to the body shop today and am going to see what kind of deal I can get from the insurance company next week.
