Default Best place to get service manual?

Where is the best place to get the factory service manual, either in print or on cd? Which is better?

I have downloaded the manual from this forum, the CD and the printed manual. For a quick look the Cd or the downloaded file is great but at times the hard copy is handy to sit back and read as you can see the pages faster and by scanning you pick up a lot of info which you remember later. When you are working on your car its best to print from your computer and work from that.

I have both. The 2004 (not sure if that is the case for the newer ones) is in two volumes and my husband says it reminds him of the old telephone books.

We tend to use the boks more than the CD for the simple reason that it is easier to sit out by the car with the book rather than lugging our not-a-laptop computer to the garage.

That being said, the CD is invaluable for re-printing pages that keep getting all gunked up.

EBay. I paid a little over $75 for both, plus shipping, but to me, it was well worth it. To print out the entire set from the CD would cost me as much in toner, paper, plus a potentially new printer after the one in use would most likely explode.

There is a set on Ebay now if you at least want to see what the set looks like: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2004-...QQcmdZViewItem
(I do not know the seller)

You might be able to find a set on Amazon as well.

Like I mentioned earlier, I have and use both the CD and printed books.
