Crossfire owners: What did/do you drive?
Just wondering...
If you traded a car for your Crossfire, what was it? (for those of you still waiting to find your Crossfire, what will you trade?)
What else shares your garage with your new baby?

I'll be turning in a Sebring Convertible for the Crossfire once it comes off lease. My family is on a car buying spree right now, and my dad just got a new 2004 Jaguar Vanden Plas, and my mom got the new RX330. I go to school (for Architecture) but pay for my own car by working during the summer, and I have a scholarship which take care of school.
Overall...I just can't afford a fourth vehicle. My daily beater for work is my trustworthy old Caravan. My two toys are my '01 PT Cruiser and my '02 Dream Cruiser Series 1.
BUT......if I could make room for a fourth....physically and finacially.....a Crossfire would be in the "stable".

No trade. Have an 01 Pt Crusier, Limited, Automatic. Procrastinated on that one. Oh, the good old days - Said I'd never pay list price for a car. By the time I gave in- Nov00 (Paid MSRP & had to wait 9 months get it, picked it up on on July 6, 2001. Kind of a Sunday driver has about 12,000 miles on now and I still love it. Gave in early on this one, wanted an automatic, but the dealer only had one Crossfire coming with a VIN and delivery date in "early July" - a silver six speed. With all the hipe and limited number I figured I better jump on it.
Just placed my ’500 deposit today for a Crossfire ... haven't traded anything for it ... took delivery of a new Porsche Boxster S in March of this year ... the Crossfire will sit next to it on my drive ... can't wait til October/November for delivery !
I have a 99 300M [almost a full five years now] and am going to get a test drive tomorrow of a Crossfire. The dealer finally got a red one in on Saturday. Not my color, but ...I find it interesting that there are a lot of 300M owners here who have kept their M and got the Crossfire. I thought about keeping my M if I go for the Crossfire, or an end of year Vette, but don't think I can convince my wife to put her Eldo in the driveway so I could put my two toys in the garage.
I didn't trade anything. My wifes Sebring is going to my son who just this week got back from Iraq. I am still driving my 96 Dodge Ram truck with 168K on it. Love driving the xfire when the wife lets me but I can't give up my "Suzie Q" Ram Sport.
No trade in - still have a 2002 Jeep Sahara and 2002 Ford Focus in the driveway.
This whole thing started while looking for a more practical car, then the Jeep, so while looking at Audi's, 300M, Volvo, etc. I came across the Crossfire. Can't think of a more practical car, can you?
So, a week after buying the Crossfire, I decided to get the Audi A4 anyway. Need something that will hold more then 2 people
Anyone want to buy a 2002 Jeep with 12,000 miles on it :?:

We did not trade in anything. My Wife and I have our choice of a 2001 Inferno Red Limited PT Cruiser, a 2002 Inca Gold PT Dream Cruiser, a 2003 Tangerine Dream PT Cruiser, or a 97 Ford Expedition. I drive a company vehicle to work and back. However, since we are having so much fun with the Crossfire, we may sell a Cruiser or two. They are getting dusty between uses.
